Return Policy

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@littlegripsters.com.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards and any promotional items are non-returnable.
• Used items.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (international only).
